Launch a game

Redirects to /launch → the launcher backend calls the auth API, which authorizes against the operator (chosen by auth's own config) and returns a JWT; you're then redirected to the game URL with that token. No operator is selected here.

Builds a signed GameHub-style launch request and POSTs it to /api/gamehub/launch, exactly like LeaderBet's own backend would. Test only — the signing secret below is entered directly in this page, which is only acceptable because it's a throwaway test value, never a real credential.
